- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER May 23, 2019 will NOT be entertained.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.

- Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.
REGISTRATION REMINDERS
- Deadline for registration is on May 23, 2019 or until slots last before said date.
- Registration fees are non-transferable but may be cancelled with refund. Check refund policy.
- Refund Policy:
- Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office, Email: musamantridavnor@gmail.com
- It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
- Any requests received before May 1, 2019 will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the registration fee.
- There will be no refunds by May 2, 2019
- If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact again by email.

- *Changes in relay members are allowed up to May 23, without fees. After May 23, there is a P1,000 change in relay member processing fee. Change in shirt size will still be allowed. By May 24, change in shirt size is no longer allowed.
