• It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
• Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER January 31, 2020 will NOT be entertained.
• Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.

• Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.
  

REGISTRATION REMINDERS

• Deadline for registration is January 31, 2020 or until slots last
• Registration fees are non-transferable. Your race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else's registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining any Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
• Relay teams may change their relay team members once (only one member may be changed), for a nominal fee of P1,000.  Deadline to change members including shirt size is on Jan. 31, 2020. Between Feb. 1 and Feb. 20, 2020 you may still change your member once, for the same amount, but the shirt size will no longer be changed.
• If you are unable to participate, for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race give-aways.
• Refund Policy:
  • Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office, email: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
  • It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
    • Any requests received on or beforeDecember 15, 2019 will be eligible for an 80% refund.
    • Any requests received between December 16, 2019 to January 15, 2020,will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Any requests received after January 16, 2020 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
  • If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 calendar days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another email to registration@bikekingphilippines.com

10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES

• E-mail to registration@bikekingphilippines.com should include the ff:
• List of ten (10) of your online registered teammates/ group
• Full name, e-mail and distance your 11th member is joining
• Once verified, a BUNLDE 1 (registration fee only) online registration code will be sent for the 11th member.
• 11th member may use that code to register online for free.

TEAM COMPETITION (STANDARD DISTANCE ONLY)

  Athletes must enter their Team affiliation upon registration. The time of the team will be the accumulated time of the top 5 members of the team with a minimum of 1 Female athlete.

AWARD/ PRIZES

• All Top 3 Male/ Female Category and Team winners will receive TROPHIES.
• Top 3 relay team members will receive a trophy each.
• Top 3 Team Competition winners will receive a team TROPHY.
