REGISTRATION REMINDERS:

• You may registration online from April 20 to July 31, 2020 by clicking on http://bikekingphilippines.com/. Registration fees may be paid online via credit or debit cards or via bank deposit.

• TO PAY VIA BANK DEPOSIT:
• All Athletes who will pay thru bank deposit must specify what Bundle they are purchasing
• Deposit correct Bundle Registration fee (still includes 5% online fee) amount to RUN BIKE SWIM INC. BDO SA 008170005057
• Email copy of your deposit slip and indicate the category you are joining (Individual or Relay) ASAP to: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
• It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
• Registrant must deposit his/her payment before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER July 31, 2020 will NOT be entertained.
• Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.
• Vermosa Aquathlon 2 2020 – Registration Link
• Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.

• Deadline for registration is July 31, 2020 or until slots last
• Registration fees are non-transferable. Your race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else's registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining any Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
• If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race give aways.
• Refund Policy:
• Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office, email: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
• It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
• Any requests received on or before May 31, 2020 will be eligible for an 80% refund.
• Any requests received between June 1 and July 31, 2020 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Any requests received after July 31, 2020 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
• If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 calendar days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another email to registration@bikekingphilippines.com.

10 +1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES

• E-mail to registration@bikekingphilippines.com should include the ff:
• List of ten (10) of your online registered teammates/ group
• Full name, e-mail and distance your 11th member is joining
• Once verified, details of the 11th member will be requested by Bike King and will be added manually to the start list. 11th member will get free registration, add-ons may be purchased separately if she/he will avail.
