REGISTRATION REMINDERS

• Registration and payment may only be done online.  Log on to http://bikekingphilippines.com/ to register and to pay via PayPal/CreditCard. Payments will not be accepted at any payment center nor through banks.
• Deadline for registration is September 15, 2015 or until slots last
• Registration deadline is subject to change depending on slot availability
• Registration fees are non-transferable
• Refund Policy:
• Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing by emailing the race office.  Email: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
• It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
• Any requests received on or before August 1, 2015 will be eligible for a 80% refund.
• Any requests after August 1, 2015 and before September 1, 2015 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Any requests received after September 1, 2015 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
• If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 calendar days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact us again by sending another email to registration@bikekingphilippines.com.

2015 TRI UNITED 1-3 BUNDLE REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:

1. 2015 Tri United 1-3 bundle Registration is non-refundable. 
2. Participants may transfer 1 race to another person
1. Request for transfer must be done in writing by the registered athlete
2. Bundle registration may only be transferred once
3. Transfer option may only be done within a certain period
1. Tri United 1 – on or before February 1, 2015
2. Tri United 2 – on or before June 1, 2015
3. Tri United 3 – on or before September 15, 2015
3. Participants may transfer their registration to a shorter distance.
1. Request for transfer must be done in writing by the registered athlete
2. Distance may not be changed once request has been processed
3. Participant may not transfer to a longer distance
