Check-In / Check-out Time:

Our check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of the arrival. Should you have arrivals prior to this time, we shall make every effort to accommodate your guests.

Our check-out time is 12:00 NN on the day of departure.

Request for early check-in/ late check-out shall be subject to room availability with the following applicable charges:

Six (6) hours extension (from 1200h to 1800h) would be charged a half day rate.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The Resort will require a 50% paymenton or before January 15 order for us to secure the rooms for your event with us.

Participants for the BIKE KING MY DAILY COLLAGEN may avail of the applicable Corporate rate on the following dates from December 27, 2018 - January 15, 2019 upon presenting their race registration or if endorsed by your organizing committee.
All bookings or reservations for the BIKE KING MY DAILY COLLAGEN shall be communicated in writing through reservations@aceasubicbay.com.
Bookings are subject for availability and in a first come first served basis
Guaranteed or paid reservations can be confirmed in writing

Php 2, 000.00 security cash deposit per night shall be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out

The said applicable contracted rate will only take effect upon Hotel’s receipt of the signed proposal / contract.
