Reminders:
- Deadline for registration is on October 10, 2019 or until slots last.
- Registration fees are non-transferable but may be cancelled with refund. Check refund policy.
Refund Policy:
Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office.

It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received an email communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
- Any requests received before July 30, 2019 will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
- Any requests received after July 30 and before September 30, 2019 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact again by email.
BANK DEPOSIT OPTION:
- Deposit correct Total Reg Fee amount to RUN BIKE SWIM INC. BDO SA 008170005057
- Email copy of your deposit slip and indicate the Category and Package you are joining (Ex. Individual Package 1 or Relay Package 1, etc.) ASAP to: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
- It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
- Registrant must only deposit his/her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER September 30, 2019 will NOT be entertained.
- Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please use this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register on-line.

- Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.
AVAILING of the MediCard CORPORATE CLIENTS’ ENTRY FEE (LESS 10% OF Public Entry Fee)
- If interested, send an e-mail to registration@bikekingphilippines.com with a clear soft copy of your valid MediCard ID
- Once verified, details and procedure will be sent to the MediCard member
- MediCard Sprint Tri 2019 discounted registration code is NON-TRANSFERABLE to Non- MediCard members
10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY
- E-mail to registration@bikekingphilippines.com should include the ff:
- List of twelve (12) of your online registered teammates
- Full name and e-mail of your 13th member
- Once verified, an online registration code will be sent for the 13th member
- 13th member may use that code to register online for free
AWARD/ PRIZES:
- All Top 3 Male/ Female Category winners will receive trophies.
- Top 3 Team Competition winners will receive one trophy per team
- All Top 3 relay winners will receive trophies.

*Changes in relay members are allowed up to August 31, 2019, without fees. By September 1, 2019, there is a P1,000 change in relay member processing fee. Change in shirt size will still be allowed. By October 1, change in shirt size is no longer allowed.
** Children aged 10 and above are allowed to do the swim relay. Bike and run relay minimum age is 15
*** Children below 18 years of age are required to submit a waiver signed by a parent.
TEAM COMPETITION (INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY ONLY)
Team Competition:
Athletes must enter their Team affiliation upon registration. The time of the team will be the accumulated time of the top 5 members of the team with a minimum of 1 Female athlete.
