Deadline for registration is on October 20 or until slots last.
Registration fees are non-transferable but may be cancelled with refund. Check refund policy.

Refund Policy:

Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office.

It is the athlete's responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:

Any requests received before September 1, 2016 will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
Any requests received before October 1, 2016 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
There will be no refunds by October 2, 2016

If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact again by email.

*Changes in relay members are allowed up to September 15, without fees. After September 15, there is a P1,000 change in relay member processing fee. Change in shirt size will still be allowed. By October 15, change in shirt size is no longer allowed.

** Children aged 10 and above are allowed to do the swim relay. Bike and run relay minimum age is 15

*** Children below 18 years of age are required to submit a waiver signed by a parent.
